Congratulations on the adoption of your new  puppy. We hope you will have many happy, healthy years together. The following contract is to help that happen.

You the buyer, have 48 hrs.to get a vet exam (at buyers expense). If in this time frame the puppy is found to be unsound, it must be returned to AJ's . If there is shipping involved it will be at the buyers cost. A  replacement puppy will be shipped at no charge to the buyer. Replacement puppy will be made available as soon as possible, and in a manner deemed timely by the seller.

 Return of unsound pup immediately. Must have written verification by veterinarian of ill health.

The dog will not be replaced if it should die from conditions resulting from abuse, neglect or accident.

There will be NO cash refunds.  Replacement pup only.

  We ask that all puppies be paid off by the time they are 6 weeks old, so that there is time for vet checks, shots, &  flight arrangements.

We have a genetic health guarantee,  that covers the puppy until  he/she is 1 year of age , against genetic health defects that would be detrimental, to the puppy leading a quality life. Liver Shunt, Pancreas, Kidneys,etc. This guarantee is null & void if the puppy changes owners during the one year guarantee. This contract is for the original buyer only.

The breeder is not responsible for hypoglycemia. The breeder has given full instructions on the symptoms of hypoglycemia & how to treat it should it occur. This guarantee does not cover Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia or Hernias.

 We do NOT guarantee our puppies for breeding or showing. As well we do NOT guarantee size

 We encourage all adoptive parents to contact us anytime they have any concerns or questions,as to the health & well being of their puppy, after it goes home.
